About Susgrainable:

Founded in 2018, Susgrainable aims to be the leader within Canada's upcycled food space. Originating in East Vancouver, Susgrainable has created partnerships with multiple craft breweries and aims to be a model circular economy company. We craft a line of baking mixes and flour made from Upcycled Barley Flour. Upcycled Barley Flour is made by dehydrating and milling spent grain, a by-product from beer production which is high in plant-based protein and fiber while also being very low in sugar.
