About Kelly Costa
Kelly Costa is the Director of Field Sales for Western Canada. She leads a team of more than 28 sales managers and 270 independent operators from BC to Manitoba. She has more than 21 years of experience in this industry and has held positions in HR, Franchising, and Sales. Kelly is well known by her colleagues for her energy, unwavering passion for the business, and her courage in leading teams through change. In her personal life, Kelly plays an active leadership role in youth organizations and in mentoring young professionals.
