An Assessment on the Customers’ Journey

This project,conducted with Nada Grocery, assesses customers’ preferences via market research, including in-store customer feedback, and face-to-face interviews and surveys, in order to figure out what does and does not work well during the customer shopping journey. It also determines what pain points each customer has, and potential opportunities for improvement.
