Nick Brusatore is an initial founder of Affinor Growers, a pioneering British Columbian company dedicated to Vertical Farming technology. On November 2nd, Mr. Brusatore visited The University of British Columbia’s Master of Food and Resource Economics (MFRE) Speaker Series. He talked about his experience in the industry and was interviewed by the MFRE Student Club. On this mini podcast, he talks about his inspirations, the definition of vertical farming, the future of the food industry and cannabis, among other subjects.

An early pioneer in the vertical farming space, Nick Brusatore is a known design expert in the commercial production of plants using vertical growing technology to fully automate and accommodate low cost production with high level of quality.
